What we collect

This site has no registration and no user accounts. We receive personal data only when you send it to us - through the enquiry form (your name, email address and the text of your message) or when you contact us directly by email or phone.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for follow-up correspondence, our legitimate interest in answering questions addressed to us.

Where the data lives

Form enquiries are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet and forwarded to us as an email notification via services of Google Ireland Ltd., acting as our processor. The site is hosted on servers of SuperHosting.BG Ltd. in Bulgaria, whose server logs (IP address, access time) are kept for security purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years after it concludes, unless a contract follows - in which case statutory retention periods for accounting and contractual records apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to info@tanyapancic.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We send no newsletters and add you to no lists you did not explicitly ask for.
